- 1/2 lime, freshly squeezed

Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of cold filtered water into a glass.
- Add the freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar.
- Grate and add fresh ginger.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Mix well; add honey if desired.
- Consume once in the morning and once in the evening before meals.
