A metabolism-boosting Brazilian belly-fat buster combining apple cider vinegar with tropical, digestion-enhancing ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1/2 lime, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon organic honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of cold filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice.
  3. Stir in the apple cider vinegar.
  4. Grate and add fresh ginger.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  6. Mix well; add honey if desired.
  7. Consume once in the morning and once in the evening before meals.
