  • Author: Britt
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 large drink (approx. 16 oz) 1x
  • Diet: Gluten Free

Description

This Homemade Mounjaro Drink is a refreshing, fiber-rich beverage designed to support satiety and hydration. Inspired by viral weight-loss trends, it blends oats, chia, and lemon for a naturally filling, energizing boost—perfect for mornings or between meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional, raw, unfiltered recommended)
  • Juice of half a lemon (freshly squeezed)
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, or other sweetener)

Instructions

  1. Gently warm 1 cup of water until comfortably warm, but not boiling.
  2. Pour the warm water into a mug.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (if using), juice of half a fresh lemon, and ½ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger.
  4.  Stir well to combine.
  5. If desired, stir in 1 teaspoon of honey (or preferred sweetener) until dissolved.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Blend well to break down oats and chia seeds for smoother texture.
  • Drink slowly and follow with water to help the fiber expand.
  • Customize with ginger, cinnamon, or apple cider vinegar for added benefits.
  • Best enjoyed chilled and freshly blended—shake if separating occurs.
