Description
The Oatzempic Smoothie is a fiber-rich, creamy blend designed to help curb appetite and support digestive health. Made with oats, chia seeds, and wholesome ingredients, it’s a nutritious and filling way to start your day or stay satisfied between meals.
Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup frozen berries (blueberries or strawberries work great)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
Optional:
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt for added protein
- Dash of cinnamon for flavor and blood sugar balance
- Ice cbes (optional, for texture)
Instructions
- Soak your oats and chia seeds: Place them in your blender with the almond milk and let them sit for 10–15 minutes. This softens the oats and allows the chia to swell, giving the smoothie that thick, satisfying texture.
- Add berries and other ingredients: Once soaked, toss in your frozen berries, Greek yogurt if using, cinnamon, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth: Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until everything is well combined. The texture should be creamy but not overly thick.
- Pour and enjoy immediately: The fiber works best when consumed fresh, as the smoothie can continue thickening if left to sit.
Notes
- Blend oats first for a smoother texture, or soak them overnight.
- Customize with berries, cinnamon, vanilla, or protein powder.
- Add ice or frozen fruit for a chilled, thicker consistency.
- Drink it slowly for best satiety effects—fiber expands in the stomach.
