Description

This Pink Salt Drink is a refreshing, mineral-rich beverage made with Himalayan pink salt, citrus, and natural sweeteners. It’s hydrating, energizing, and perfect for boosting electrolytes naturally—ideal for post-workouts or hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

  1. Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Once it reaches a boil, take it off the heat and allow it to cool for about a minute.
  3. Next, add 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water and stir until it dissolves completely.
  4. Then, mix in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice along with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  5. If you like, you can also add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for an extra kick and added health benefits.
  6. Give it a good stir and let it cool a bit before serving.
